This pivotal role involves actively participating in policy consultations, conducting thorough analyses of existing controls, and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse business units to ensure unwavering compliance and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Engaging in and advising on policies, procedures, controls, tools, and training initiatives.
- Conducting in-depth reviews and analyses of controls, particularly for high-risk investment strategies and complex financial products.
- Evaluating resources dedicated to risk monitoring and applying independent judgment to drive process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Presenting well-researched recommendations for resolving intricate analytical challenges, identifying current and best practices.
- Gathering and analyzing data, identifying key trends, and presenting findings through meaningful statistical representations.
- Developing profound expertise in the firm's, compliance, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Collaborating and consulting with a wide array of stakeholders, including Financial Advisors, Divisional and experienced Management, Market Leaders, Growth Leaders, Branch Managers, Supervision Managers, and various Business Units.
