Staffing Recruiter

PrideStaff, a premier staffing agency, is seeking a driven Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Knoxville, TN. This pivotal role focuses on identifying, recruiting, hiring, and managing exceptional field associates to consistently meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in developing repeat and referral business by expertly filling client needs with qualified candidates, and maintaining a robust inventory of available talent through creative and ongoing recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, interviewing, and hiring field associates, always striving for excellence in service quality. You will also develop business with existing clients, exercise independent judgment in recruiting and supervising associates, and provide marketing support to aid clients in achieving their business goals. Attending job fairs and networking events will be key for building client relationships and sourcing candidates. New-hire orientations, supervision of field associates, and assistance with unemployment reporting for cost reduction and retention are also core duties. You will investigate sensitive allegations, assess client needs and associate capabilities to ensure optimal matches, and orient associates to their assignments. Maintaining regular communication with clients and sales associates, staying informed on employment laws, and managing associate and client files are essential. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving involving both clients and associates.
