Staff Inbound Product Manager
Full Job Description
We're seeking a passionate Staff Product Manager to lead the development of innovative Cloud Observability and analytics solutions for the ServiceNow Cloud. These solutions will empower internal operations and development teams by providing real-time access to service telemetry data for faster troubleshooting and root cause analysis, along with advanced machine learning capabilities for proactive anomaly detection and performance optimization. You'll drive the product roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate with geographically distributed engineering teams. The goal is to reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) for incidents, increase uptime of critical ServiceNow applications, and improve developer productivity. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and driving execution of end-to-end Observability and analytics solutions. You will define user stories, and work with development teams. This role involves partnering with internal teams to understand user personas and pain points, as well as continuously improving product development processes.
