Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (APM, CSM Module and HRSD)

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development, specializing in APM, CSM Module, and HRSD.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience in ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules and ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• ServiceNow SPM module certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement technical solutions and conduct component Integration Tests.
• Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management.
• Mentoring team members and holding them accountable.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand functional requirements and analyze client needs.
• Envision overall solutions for defined requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Determine and implement design methodologies and toolsets.
• Enable application development.
• Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
• Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort.
• Address issues promptly.
• Provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations.
• Help the team troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs.
• Develop solutions during code/design reviews.
• Carry out POCs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
