Nagarro is seeking a Staff Engineer with strong SAP-INDUSTRY-SOLUTIONS expertise to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid experience in SAP IS-Retail and SAP MM-Purchasing.
• Knowledge of Wastage & Shrinkage Management, Centralized Bakery Production, Butchery & Fishery.
• Familiarity with Consignment, Vendor Rebate Management, Recipe Management, Store Replenishment.
• Knowledge of DC Forecasting & Replenishment, Merchandise Hierarchy Redesign, Store Assortment Planning, Unified Master Data Management Platform, and Group-wide Non-Trade Procurement Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand functional requirements and analyze client needs.
• Envision and design overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, including technology selection and framework definition.
• Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
• Create, understand, and validate WBS and effort estimates.
• Address issues promptly and demonstrate continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations.
• Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Develop solutions for issues raised during code/design review.
• Conduct POCs to validate design/technology suitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
