Join WSP USA, a premier global engineering and professional services firm, as a Sr. Coordinator, HR Business Partner in Kansas City, MO. You will play a crucial role in the daily administration of HR programs and processes, providing essential support to senior HR Business Partners and collaborating with the HR team to resolve employee inquiries and issues. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, audit, and process HR-related documentation, ensuring alignment with internal policies and program requirements.
  • Address routine HR questions from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Under the guidance of HR leadership, actively support various HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave administration, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance management, talent management, and training initiatives.
  • Meticulously maintain spreadsheets, databases, audits, and HR files.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports, focusing on key metrics such as training, headcount, and attrition.
  • Deliver engaging HR onboarding sessions and support the seamless integration of new hires.
  • Facilitate presentations on HR-related content to both small and large groups.
  • Actively participate in special projects and undertake additional HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
