Specialist Software Engineer Java Angular- Contractor

As a Specialist Software Engineer, you will be involved in IT application development. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing high-quality, enterprise-grade, and usable User Interfaces (UI's) and APIs. You will also collect requirements, specify functionalities, and deliver them according to standards, following Continuous Integration. You'll provide support for day-to-day operations and actively participate in team decision-making, process improvements, communication, documentation, and automation. Requirements include 3-5 years of experience in application development and testing, expertise in delivering internet-facing applications, and experience with public cloud (Azure) and containerization. Technical skills required: Java, Angular/React, Postgres, Azure, Application Logging and Monitoring, Analytics, Data Management Frameworks, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/Docker. Understanding of basic banking domain functionality, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and clear communication are essential. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are also key.
