Software Engineer

Talent Bridge, a global technology organization renowned for delivering digital quality and compliance solutions to life sciences and regulated industries, is seeking a skilled Software Engineer. This role involves designing and enhancing Salesforce-based solutions, with a focus on developing a scalable architecture and secure features critical for highly regulated environments. The position is based in Mercer County, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Salesforce Apex.
• Building scalable, reusable components and managed packages suitable for ISV (Independent Software Vendor) readiness.
• Contributing to architectural design and key technical decision-making processes.
• Developing robust integrations with backend systems, APIs, and various data services.
• Supporting and enhancing CI/CD workflows and automation processes for efficient development.
• Maintaining strict version control best practices using GitHub.
• Optimizing system performance, scalability, and overall reliability.
• Driving root-cause analysis and implementing long-term, effective technical solutions.
• Actively participating in code reviews and upholding stringent coding standards.
• Mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on technical direction.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices and methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex development.
• Proven experience in designing scalable enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and API-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
