Your role will involve executing critical technology solutions across various technical areas and business functions to achieve the firm's business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting, employing creative approaches to problem-solving.
• Write complex and efficient AWS Lambdas adhering to Python best practices.
• Utilize Terraform extensively for provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure as code.
• Leverage knowledge of AWS Services and front-end UI development with React JS.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring adherence to design constraints.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to develop visualizations and reports for continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
• Proactively identify and address hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice, exploring emerging technologies.
• Foster a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Qualifications:

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with a minimum of 3 years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flow design and implementation, and integration with AWS Lambda.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Kinesis Data Stream.
• Experience with contact center technologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically leveraging Spinnaker.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Solid grasp of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within disciplines such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certification.
• Experience with other CCaaS platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of VoIP and telephony integrations.
