Software Development Engineer

Software Development Engineer at Scoutit is responsible for:

• Designing, architecting, and building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.
• Leading a small development team, guiding them on architecture, code quality, and best practices.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conducting code reviews and driving continuous improvement in development processes.
• Delivering clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java or Golang.

Qualifications include:

• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Strong coding skills in Java or Golang.
• Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and solving complex technical challenges.
• Ability to develop and scale real-time applications or SaaS products.
