About the Senior Frontend Engineer Role

We are currently seeking an accomplished Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge, user-centric web applications, shaping front-end architecture, guiding junior developers, and delivering high-quality, performant code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Ecosystem Development: Design and build a groundbreaking web ecosystem that drives business initiatives and engages the community through innovative web experiences, meeting the functional needs of customers and partners.
• Rapid Prototyping: Swiftly create prototype web user interfaces to test and iterate on concepts, playing a key role in the agile development process.
• Usability and Interactivity Enhancement: Drive significant improvements in usability and interactivity across Tasket's web properties, implementing features that elevate user experience and engagement.
• Pixel-Perfect UI/UX Implementation: Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs for optimal user engagement, focusing on creating seamless and visually appealing user flows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across engineering, marketing, product management, customer support, and design teams to ensure alignment of web properties with overarching business goals.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Passionate Programming: Channel your love for programming into creating seamless and engaging user experiences, designing user interfaces that transcend platforms and resonate with users.
• Product Design Expertise: Leverage awareness of product design, functional design, and usability factors to ensure user-centric design principles are at the core of every project.
• Visual Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in visuals, typography, fonts, and other design elements to craft visually appealing interfaces that enhance user interaction.
• JavaScript Mastery: Apply rich experience in JavaScript to develop dynamic and interactive web applications, staying updated with the latest JavaScript trends and best practices.
• HTML5 & CSS3 Prowess: Showcase proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 to create modern and responsive layouts, implementing design concepts with precision and creativity.
• UI Integration with REST-APIs: Seamlessly integrate user interfaces with REST APIs to ensure smooth data flow, collaborating with backend teams to optimize UI performance and functionality.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in Frontend development technologies.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's of Engineering degree.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing innovative web ecosystems, rapidly building and iterating on prototype web user interfaces, and driving improvements in usability and interactivity.
