Role Overview

We are actively seeking a talented Full Stack SDE1 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing across our backend, frontend, and foundational DevOps workflows. This position offers the opportunity to build and ship production-grade features that will be directly utilized by our global customer base.

Success in this role requires a candidate with strong engineering fundamentals, a bias for speed of execution, and the critical ability to analyze and solve real-world business problems effectively. You will not only write code but also deeply understand the strategic "why" behind every feature you develop.

What You’ll Work On

• Design, develop, and ship full-stack features from conception to deployment.
• Build robust backend APIs and implement complex business logic.
• Craft clean, intuitive, and responsive frontend user interfaces.
• Seamlessly integrate various third-party services and internal systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly testable code.
• Proactively debug production issues and contribute to enhancing overall system performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Technical Requirements

Backend (Proficiency in any one strong stack):

• Node.js: Experience with frameworks like Express or NestJS.
• Java: Proficiency with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Python: Expertise in FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

Frontend:

• React.js: Preferred, or strong experience with any other modern frontend framework (e.g., Vue, Angular).
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong foundational understanding and practical application.

Databases:

• PostgreSQL / MySQL: Working knowledge and basic understanding of schema design principles.

DevOps (Foundational Knowledge):

• Git: Solid understanding of version control.
• CI/CD: Basic understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
• Cloud Fundamentals: Basic familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deployment: Understanding of deployment and environment management best practices.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Experience building small agentic workflows.
• Understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) APIs or automation pipelines.
• Prior internship experience or a portfolio of shipped side projects.
