Software Development Engineer III - High Tech

Teleperformance (TP) is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer III with a focus on developing diverse software categories, including end-user applications and operating systems/utility software that form the platform for customer-facing applications. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define software problem domains, functionalities, hardware-software interfaces, and overall software characteristics.
• Utilize programming, scripting, and database languages to write efficient and robust software code.
• Provide essential support for software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities, including bug fixing, scope change management, and coding software enhancements.
• Apply best practices in software development, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing methodologies, and operational procedures.
• Leverage advanced knowledge and experience to lead and contribute to the development of innovative solutions and new projects.
• Actively share best practices and provide expert advice to colleagues within the professional domain.
• Independently generate workload and define project directions for others.
• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of lower-level specialists, serving as the primary point of contact for complex technical matters.
• Coordinate daily operations and oversee the implementation of short to medium-term team activities.
• Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and standards, making decisions with tactical and operational implications within a defined scope.
• Manage a diverse team of Specialists and Support roles, holding full responsibility for employee lifecycle management.
