Teleperformance (TP) is seeking a skilled Software Developer with 1-4 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. This role focuses on high-tech software engineering, encompassing the development of end-user applications and operating/utility software that serves as a platform for commercial software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis to understand software problem domains, functionality, hardware-software interfaces, and overall software characteristics.
• Utilize programming, scripting, and database languages to write efficient and robust software code.
• Support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution by resolving programming errors, adapting to scope changes, and coding enhancements.
• Apply best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing methodologies, and operational procedures.
• Leverage advanced knowledge and experience to lead the development of new solutions and projects.
• Share best practices and provide guidance to co-workers.
• Generate own workload and outline directions for others, potentially supervising and coordinating lower-level specialists.
• Act as a single point of contact for complex technical matters.
• Coordinate daily operations and oversee the implementation of short to medium-term activities within the team.
• Contribute input to policies, processes, and standards for tactical and operational decisions within a defined scope.
• Manage a mixed team of specialists and support staff, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
