Full Job Description
About the Job: The Software Design Lead for Command and Control role requires proficiency in advanced C++ programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, Standard Template Library (STL), Multithreading, Qt, Qt Creator, DBMS, V code, Eclipse, QML, and Data Distribution System (DDS). Experience in developing Combat Management Systems (CMS) and UI development is essential, along with a strong understanding of backend technologies like MongoDB and MySQL. Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle is crucial, including analysis through maintenance. Candidates should possess strong structured programming and debugging techniques, unit testing skills, and code optimization abilities. Experience with software documentation and version control tools like Git is also expected. Knowledge of UDP/TCP communication interfaces and data structures and algorithms is beneficial. Experience with Linux/Unix OS and Red Hat Linux OS is required. The candidate will lead a team of at least 5 members in software design and development.
