Full Job Description
ServiceNow Lead
Experience: 12 - 16 Years
Location: NCR, Pune, or Bangalore
Shift: General shift until 11 PM IST (UK Shifts)
Role Overview: We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications, supporting business requirements. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge across ServiceNow modules and hands-on development expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
- Customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB as per business needs.
- Design and implement catalog items, service portals, and automated workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support QA/UAT cycles.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices for maintainable, scalable solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
- Experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, and Incident/Problem/Change modules.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD preferred.
