Cti Global Resources Private Limited seeks a talented Senior WordPress Developer for its Pune, Maharashtra location. This role is pivotal in embodying our core mission of providing a fantastic customer experience through expert development and innovative solutions. We are looking for an individual with robust front-end development capabilities and extensive experience in architecting scalable WordPress solutions. The ideal candidate will not only execute front-end development but also contribute to designing structured, scalable frameworks within our existing site architecture. This position requires a self-starter comfortable with building template-first solutions and translating business needs into well-organized WordPress systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and visually appealing websites utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain scalable WordPress websites with a strong emphasis on architecture and template-first development methodologies.
- Design and implement Custom Post Types (CPTs) and taxonomies, creating relational data structures aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) frameworks within the established site architecture.
- Customize themes and integrate plugins while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Optimize website performance for speed, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress and front-end issues.
- Collaborate effectively with design and content teams to fulfill UI/UX requirements.
- Stay abreast of WordPress best practices and scalable development standards.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 4–6 years of demonstrated experience in WordPress development, including expertise in scalable architecture and custom theme development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
- In-depth, hands-on experience with WordPress architecture and template hierarchy.
- Proven experience in developing Custom Post Types (CPTs), taxonomies, and relational content structures.
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
- Solid understanding of scalable and template-first WordPress development principles.
- Familiarity with website optimization techniques and performance troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
