Full Job Description

Penn Mutual, a leader in financial services for over 175 years, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Trade Support Specialist to join our team in the United States. This remote, full-time position offers a critical role in providing advanced operational and trading support. You will ensure the precise and timely execution of trades, manage sophisticated client inquiries, and act as a key liaison between various departments. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our financial professionals, field leaders, and internal teams with efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities include executing, reviewing, and approving a wide range of trades (equity, option, fixed income, mutual funds) via the Pershing platform. You will deliver real-time market data, support complex trade reviews and corrections, monitor compliance with firm and regulatory guidelines, and manage disbursements with a strong focus on controls and risk mitigation. This role requires addressing and resolving escalated trading inquiries professionally, maintaining up-to-date procedural documentation, and serving as the primary contact for trade-related issues with Pershing, HTK Operations, and Financial Professionals. Collaboration and proactive communication with internal partners, leadership, and departmental meetings are essential. You will contribute to process improvements, operational projects, and technology enhancements, ultimately elevating the financial professional experience.
