As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be a key player in developing agentic AI systems that analyze massive log data. Your work will involve machine learning, prompt engineering, context engineering, and rigorous evaluation to create autonomous AI agents.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize agentic AI components.
• Develop and maintain golden datasets.
• Prototype and evaluate novel prompting strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure agent reliability, performance, and observability.
• Deliver incremental improvements to enhance customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in a related field.
• 6+ years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/data libraries.
• Working knowledge of LLM core concepts.
• Experience with distributed systems and large data.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience leading a team.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents.
• Familiarity with modern agentic AI frameworks.
