Senior Salesforce Developer

• Responsibilities:

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Certinia (Financial Force). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, including flows, validation rules, and security controls. They should be able to troubleshoot issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and document user stories. Additionally, experience in integrations and CPQ or Services CPQ is preferred.

• 5+ years experience on the Salesforce platform
• Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including flows, validation rules, and security controls
• Ability to test and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce flows and apex
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new projects, changing business needs, and technologies
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
• Salesforce Certified (Administrator required)
• Proficient in Visio Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
• Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Experience in working with integrations team to support requirements and testing
• Experience supporting Certinia (FinancialForce) application
• Experience supporting CPQ or Services CPQ
• Additional Salesforce certifications
