Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

r3 Consultant is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in end-to-end application development, particularly with international client project experience. This pivotal role involves architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, contributing significantly to technical leadership within cross-functional teams in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of web application development, from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
• Engage directly with international clients to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Build modern, responsive frontend interfaces with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, focusing on usability and performance.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party solutions.
• Architect and optimize relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and facilitate technical knowledge sharing.
• Conduct performance tuning, security audits, and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative system improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in full stack development, specifically building complex enterprise applications.
• Expertise in MERN stack technologies: Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services (deployment, monitoring, scaling).
• Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Database management skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS).
• Demonstrated experience interacting directly with international clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical discussions and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
