About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in end-to-end application development, ideally with international client experience. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the full lifecycle of web application development.
• Engaging directly with international clients.
• Designing and developing backend services using Node.js and Java frameworks.
• Building modern, responsive frontend interfaces with React.js.
• Managing applications on AWS cloud environments.
• Developing and consuming APIs and microservices.
• Architecting and optimizing databases.
• Enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Mentoring junior developers.
• Conducting performance tuning and security audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 6-8+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Technical Skills: Expert in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS; strong experience with AWS services, Java, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL); familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git; knowledge of security best practices.
• Client Interaction: Experience working with international clients.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills.
