Senior FP&A Analyst

Staffing Solutions Enterprises in Youngstown, OH, is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. This critical role is designed to propel strategic growth by leveraging data-driven insights. The successful candidate will spearhead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes, working in close collaboration with executive leadership to deliver essential financial intelligence. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to inform key business decisions, conducting thorough variance analysis, and clearly articulating performance drivers. This position requires a strong partnership with department leaders to ensure financial plans are aligned with operational objectives, diligent identification of reporting inconsistencies or risks, and in-depth analysis of sales, margins, costs, productivity, and profitability trends. The role also involves supporting pricing, cost, and margin analysis for product and customer profitability, assisting with capital expenditure (CapEx) planning and ROI evaluations, and creating executive-level dashboards and reports for leadership and Board presentations. A significant aspect of this role includes analyzing manufacturing cost structures and operational performance to pinpoint efficiency improvements and collaborating with operations leaders on cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
