Senior Consultant, Industry Solutions, Life Science

Deloitte, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant, Industry Solutions, Life Science based in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on specializing in Life Sciences Patient Services, where you will guide clients in achieving their transformation objectives. Your responsibilities will include implementing cutting-edge digital health solutions to enhance patient outcomes and optimizing patient support programs. You will advise clients and internal Deloitte teams (Product Owners, Designers, Developers, Architects) on the implementation of patient services technology, such as patient CRM and data/analytics solutions. Furthermore, you will champion the adoption of innovative technologies to elevate patient experience and operational efficiency. Collaborating with clients, you will conduct product demonstrations and contribute to the identification and design of high-value digital health applications tailored for key patient services and healthcare use cases, including defining personas, user journeys, and features. This position requires the preparation of client-facing deliverables and leadership support in presenting findings and recommendations to both clients and firm leadership. Establishing strong relationships with key client end-users will be crucial for driving application adoption across all organizational levels. This is a full-time, onsite position with potential for limited immigration sponsorship.
