As a Senior Account Executive at Woven Health Collective, a leading healthcare marketing, strategy, and science communications firm dedicated to transforming healthcare, you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing client accounts. Your role involves driving business growth and acting as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring their objectives are met through impactful marketing strategies. This is a full-time, remote position requiring 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand high-value client relationships by thoroughly understanding their business needs and industry challenges.
- Gather and analyze information from clients, external partners, and internal teams to inform strategic decision-making and actionable recommendations.
- Develop targeted strategies informed by comprehensive analysis of internal and external factors, ensuring alignment with both client and company goals.
- Design, implement, and manage strategic action plans, diligently tracking progress and results throughout the client lifecycle.
- Deliver well-informed, data-driven recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients at all stages, ensuring satisfaction and proactively resolving issues.
- Lead or actively participate in contract negotiations and the creation of high-value proposals for complex deals.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior account staff, fostering their skill development and contributing to overall team success.
- Independently manage moderately to highly complex account issues, escalating only the most critical matters to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and ensure clients receive optimal, up-to-date solutions.
Qualifications:
