Security Analyst

This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and protecting our organization’s systems, networks, and data from evolving security threats. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in identifying vulnerabilities and effectively responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems, logs, and alerts to detect potential threats.
• Analyze security incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.
• Implement and maintain robust security controls, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks.
• Respond to security breaches and coordinate incident response efforts.
• Collaborate closely with IT and DevOps teams to enhance the overall security posture.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of information security concepts and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS.
• Proficiency in network security, endpoint security, and cloud security principles.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and risk management methodologies.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
