- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

This role is pivotal in ensuring a well-organized and safe store environment, directly contributing to exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing expert assistance in locating and selecting merchandise, and offering knowledgeable advice on products and Lowe’s programs. You will be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and organization through adherence to housekeeping standards like Zone Recovery, and upholding a secure workplace by identifying and reporting potential security risks. This position requires a commitment to safety protocols, including proper equipment operation and daily safety reviews.
