Senior Analyst - SaT-TSE-DM

As a Senior Analyst in the GDS SaT – TSE team, you will be part of a team providing hands-on support and advice throughout the transaction life cycle. This includes divestiture advisory services, carve-out readiness, operational due diligence, synergy assessment, and integration support. You will work on cross-border M&A and have opportunities for mentoring and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project execution, including synergy assessment and standalone costing.
• Support carve-out/integration projects, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct industry and deal analysis.
• Work independently to understand project requirements.
• Ensure high GDS user satisfaction.

Skills and Attributes:

• Knowledge of M&A life cycle, carve-out/integration, and cross-border M&A.
• Experience in financial analysis.
• Ability to analyze sector and company data.
• Problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in a related field from a premier institute.
• 2-4 years of industry and/or consulting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
