Salesforce Data Cloud Architect
Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud for a remote, 6-month contract role (extendable) aligned with the UK time zone. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and related technologies such as Einstein Analytics, Connect, Data Integration, Data Lake, and Data Replication.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Define data models and integration patterns.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Design and implement data ingestion and analytics solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Lead Salesforce solution implementation, including customization, data migration, and deployment.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize solutions.
- Document technical designs and enforce development standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent) preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Data Cloud, Apex, and APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
