Warby Parker is actively seeking a service-focused Sales Manager to guide and inspire a team of outstanding Retail Advisors. Your primary goal will be to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional glasses-shopping experience at our Carmel, Indiana location. This role involves direct customer engagement, meticulous inventory management, and leading your team to continually elevate the in-store experience. You'll be instrumental in embodying Warby Parker's values, troubleshooting our point-of-sale system, developing innovative customer service processes, and managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Regular team meetings and shift huddles will be part of your routine, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will lead a team of 8-10 members, setting a benchmark for excellent service, assisting with performance reviews, and contributing to the onboarding and training of new hires. A key aspect of this role is cultivating an inclusive, service-minded culture where every customer is treated with the utmost respect.
