Netradyne, a pioneer in fleet safety solutions utilizing Computer Vision and Edge Computing to revolutionize the transportation sector, is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager. This role is pivotal in leading and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), with a core focus on optimizing pipeline generation, strategic hiring and onboarding, comprehensive training, and cultivating a high-performance, growth-oriented team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent pipeline generation and attainment across SDR segments through weekly performance monitoring, early risk identification, and proactive corrective action to ensure predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Facilitate the hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of SDR talent, accelerating time-to-productivity via structured enablement, training, and continuous skill development.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data, including activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline value, and attainment, to pinpoint performance gaps, prioritize improvement initiatives, and translate data-driven insights into actionable plans.
  • Coach and manage SDR performance through regular one-on-one meetings, call coaching sessions, role-playing exercises, constructive feedback, and performance improvement plans, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to enhance lead quality, optimize lead routing and speed-to-lead processes, improve campaign performance, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Operationalize SDR best practices by refining processes, championing tooling adoption, and ensuring consistent execution across the team.
  • Foster a high-performance, feedback-driven team culture that aligns with company values in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Commit to professional growth through continuous learning, training, and staying abreast of industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS or high-growth technology sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role overseeing SDR/BDR teams.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop early-career sales professionals with diverse skill sets and learning styles, providing direct, actionable, and growth-focused feedback and coaching.
