Research Assistant, Research & Analytics

Job Summary:

The Research Assistant will support the Research & Analytics department by conducting in-depth research across various industries. This role requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and strong writing abilities to synthesize complex information into concise executive summaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive industry research using academic journals, industry reports, financial data, news articles, and databases.
• Evaluate and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, identifying key insights.
• Prepare executive summaries, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in the sourcing and refinement of research methodologies.
• Organize and maintain research findings.
• Identify industry trends.
• Undertake ad-hoc research projects.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to conduct rigorous research.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
