This role is integral to delivering exceptional client service and empowering Financial Advisors (FAs) and Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) in nurturing and expanding client relationships. The position encompasses critical client support functions, diverse administrative duties, and active participation in firm-wide initiatives to enhance the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with FAs/PWAs/teams to cultivate and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Process client-requested money movement transactions efficiently.
- Address general, non-investment related client inquiries, including providing account balances and stock positions.
- Accurately enter and maintain client profile information and pre-fill account documentation as directed.
- Educate clients on and assist with enrollment in digital tools such as MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
- Manage the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of client accounts, ensuring all necessary client information and documentation are collected and processed accurately.
- Provide existing clients with detailed information about their accounts, including investment objectives and risk tolerance.
- Accept and accurately enter unsolicited and solicited orders under the guidance of the FA/PWA/team.
- Support FAs/PWAs/teams in executing their marketing strategies, which may include website maintenance.
- Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in achieving their business plan objectives and upholding their client service model.
- Stay current with all firm policies, procedures, and new platform functionalities.
- Engage in firm initiatives, training programs, special projects, and other duties as assigned by local management.
- Handle inbound client calls and make outbound calls to provide updates on service requests, arranging follow-up meetings with FAs/PWAs/teams as necessary.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare necessary materials, including agendas and calendar invitations with virtual meeting credentials.
- Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and manage the reimbursement process.
- Provide general in-office support, including copying, filing, and scanning documentation.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for processing as directed by the FA/PWA.
