Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage top talent across critical areas including engineering, product, sales, and operations.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and coordination across multiple international time zones, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
• Meticulously maintain candidate data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and enthusiastically share our company vision and the innovative work we are doing at Flip.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand specific role requirements and talent needs.
• Champion an exceptional candidate journey at every touchpoint, prioritizing both quality and volume for our evergreen roles.
• Provide essential support for broader recruiting operations, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and assist with key hiring projects as the company continues its rapid growth.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a closely related field; internships are highly valued.
• A genuine passion for talent acquisition, the startup ecosystem, and cutting-edge AI technology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to the demands of a fast-paced setting.
