Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate React Native Mobile Developer to play a crucial role in building and scaling TruckMitr’s mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in developing high-performance cross-platform mobile apps and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build reusable components and scalable architecture for long-term product growth.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to implement new features.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize apps for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Continuously explore and implement best practices in mobile development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Good understanding of React concepts (Hooks, State Management, Lifecycle methods).
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
- Familiarity with Android Studio and Xcode.
- Experience in publishing apps to Play Store and App Store.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
- Experience with push notifications, payment gateway integrations, and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of native development (Kotlin/Swift).
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Salary Range
ā¹45,000 ā ā¹65,000 monthly (based on experience and skill set).
