Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Fullstack Developer to lead the rebuild and redesign of critical business intelligence dashboards. The ideal candidate will leverage modern web technologies to create robust, scalable, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rebuild and redesign of existing Power BI dashboards into fully responsive, performant web applications using React.
• Develop high-performance backend APIs using FastAPI to serve analytical data, metrics, and dynamic visualizations.
• Implement and manage Redis-based caching strategies to significantly optimize application performance and reduce database load.
• Transform and prepare complex datasets, ensuring they are optimized for high-performance querying and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to understand source systems, data pipelines, and ensure seamless data flow.
• Design and implement robust security measures, including role-based access control and secure API communication protocols.
• Ensure the development of highly scalable and maintainable application architectures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 6-10 years of professional full-stack development experience, with a minimum of 6-8+ years in relevant technologies.
• Mandatory strong expertise in React, including TypeScript, hooks, and component-driven development principles.
• Mandatory experience building robust backend services using FastAPI (or other similar Python web frameworks).
• Proficiency in Java development is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Redis for caching, pub/sub patterns, or session management.
• Proficiency in SQL and extensive experience working with analytical databases.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Desired Skills

Candidates with a strong background across Java, React, FastAPI, and Redis caching will be highly regarded.
