Full Job Description
Job Title: QA Engineer
IQVIA is hiring a QA Engineer in Chennai, offering a hybrid work environment. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in testing and offers a great opportunity for candidates with experience in EMR, HIS, Healthcare, Health Insurance, or Hospital Billing systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand system requirements.
- Review requirements and create comprehensive test documentation.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in testing distributed systems and SaaS applications.
- Experience with EMR, HIS, Healthcare, Health Insurance, or Hospital Billing systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, MS-SQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with both Black-box and White-box testing.
- Proven automation skills using Java (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter is a plus).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
