Full Job Description
Infogain is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our Integration Hub initiatives in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a hands-on development role focused on designing and building new, scalable integration solutions. You will be instrumental in developing integrations between Crew management systems and enterprise data platforms, starting with connecting Crew system APIs to the enterprise Data Lake, and then expanding to other internal systems. This position emphasizes new integration builds rather than support or maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable integrations between Crew systems and Data Lake platforms.
- Build and deploy serverless applications within the AWS ecosystem.
- Develop event-driven architectures leveraging various AWS services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Construct secure, resilient, and high-performance data integration pipelines.
- Collaborate effectively with customer stakeholders to expedite onboarding and delivery timelines.
- Support future integration projects across internal company systems.
Required Skills & Experience
Domain Experience (Mandatory)
- A strong understanding of Crew Management systems is essential.
- Previous exposure to airline crew scheduling, tracking, legality, or operational workflows is required.
- The ability to comprehend operational data models within crew systems is necessary.
Technical Stack (Must Have Hands-On Experience)
Programming & Cloud
- Proficiency in Python (version 3.9 and above).
- Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless Architecture, including:
- Lambda
- SQS
- SNS
- EventBridge Scheduler
- S3
Databases
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Amazon DynamoDB.
Infrastructure as Code
- Strong proficiency in Terraform is required.
- Experience with Terragrunt is preferred.
Integration Experience
- Proven experience building new integrations from the ground up.
- Skilled in REST API development and integration.
- Experience with event-driven system design principles.
- Expertise in data transformation and orchestration.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise system to Data Lake integrations.
