Qualifications
Experience Level: Mid Level
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years of general accounting experience or public accounting; Must have accrual basis accounting (property accounting or real estate accounting experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel required; Salesforce and Yardi software experience a plus
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple high priority projects
- Strong work ethic focused on meeting deadlines
