Prompt Engineer / Vibe Coding Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Prompt or Vibe Coding Specialist to develop, test, and optimize AI-driven prompts, workflows, and integrations. This role is crucial for infusing intelligence and automation into our business operations. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and creative leads to design dynamic prompt systems, fine-tune conversational flows, and support AI-assisted project automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine AI prompts, chains, and workflows using tools such as OpenAI, Lovable, or Replit.
• Build lightweight interactive applications and dashboards to facilitate rapid experimentation and automation.
• Translate project objectives and user inputs into structured, reusable prompt logic.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to seamlessly integrate AI features into existing systems.
• Maintain comprehensive prompt libraries, documentation, and reusable templates for ongoing optimization.
• Continuously research emerging AI capabilities, diverse tone models (vibe), and advanced prompt design best practices.

Required Skills

• A strong understanding of prompt engineering principles, natural language structure, and AI application design.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or low-code automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Pipedream.
• Familiarity with LLM-based tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, including creative or contextual prompt tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and adapt language tone or vibe to meet specific brand or project requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills, a proactive experimentation mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Replit, Lovable AI, or custom AI agent development.
• Experience in building small web tools, AI chatbots, or integrated workflows.
• Prior exposure to AI-assisted content generation, project automation, or internal workflow optimization.
