Project Manager

We are seeking a technical Project Manager to oversee our software projects (Web, Mobile, Desktop). This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience. You will collaborate with a passionate team of talented developers, designers, and QA professionals, building software projects.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and maintain communication with all involved parties.
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to effectively drive projects from requirement understanding to launch.
• Ensure projects are implemented according to requirements.
• Ensure projects meet timelines.
• Resolve project, design, or resource issues before they cause schedule delays.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in project management.
• Ability to manage teams (Design, Development, and QA).
• Project planning and estimation, including time and cost independently.
• Knowledge of technologies, especially Laravel, Node, React, and Angular.
• Code review experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the development process: development, testing, and deployment, as well as work breakdown, dependencies, and responsibilities.
• Prepare wireframes and documents based on project and client requirements.
• Proficiency in AGILE/SCRUM methodologies.
• Understanding and experience in UI/UX best practices.
• Logical and good problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with the team.
• Ability to plan work, organize time, and maintain workflow.
