Opportunity: Project Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - Ahmedabad

CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery: EY Consulting transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation. They focus on driving long-term value for clients by solving strategic problems, with three sub-service lines: Business Consulting, Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services.

Business Consulting helps clients reimagine their business models, create growth, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges. This includes innovation, strategy, and deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations, supporting large-scale programs.

Fields of Play:

• Finance Consulting: Helps assess and transform clients' finance functions for improved performance.
• Business Transformation: Provides expertise in transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and transformation execution for large-scale programs.
• Supply Chain and Operations: Provides industry-specific insights and digital technology to improve outcomes and help clients change operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence: Independently lead tracks and manage junior team members, designing, developing, and implementing solutions, including project planning, budgeting, and deliverable definition. Provide coaching and input to team members, contributing to the firm's staffing process.

Manage stakeholder requirements, establish clear project task ownership, provide feedback, coordinate project objectives, track progress, assess issues, and communicate with management and stakeholders. Requires strong project management skills and the ability to work consultatively.

Project Delivery: Develops project plans, executes plans, coordinates projects, communicates progress, and completes projects on time and budget. Manages self and project team activities.

Customer Service: Manages difficult customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits feedback, and meets commitments.

Analytical: Synthesizes complex information, collects and researches data, uses intuition and experience, and designs workflows.

Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems, gathers and analyzes information, develops solutions, and works well in group settings.

Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, seeks ways to improve, applies feedback, and monitors work.

Skills and Attributes

Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (from a reputed institute)

Experience:

• 5 Years of experience in Project Management and delivery. At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in areas like SOP preparation, process improvement, strategic planning, city planning, etc.
• Good documentation and report writing skills.
