As a Program Manager for Practice Engagement in Denver, CO, you will spearhead Value-Based Care initiatives, architect strategic solutions, and foster collaboration across diverse teams to elevate clinical outcomes and operational excellence. This hybrid role requires three days per week in our Denver office.
Key responsibilities include leading Value-Based Care projects, developing strategic plans, and executing them across various organizational functions such as clinical operations, business development, IT, finance, and compliance. You will be instrumental in synthesizing data, ensuring data integrity, and providing analytical insights to guide decision-making. Effective communication with leadership and team members, along with fostering a culture of operational service excellence, are also vital aspects of this position.
