Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven program manager to own end-to-end software delivery and program execution. The role will translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality releases with stable production operations.

The program manager will lead developers, QA, business analysts, DevOps, and support teams to deliver secure, scalable, and auditable solutions on time and within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining strong client engagement and governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Delivery Governance

   • Define and maintain delivery roadmap and release plans aligned with business priorities
   • Establish SDLC governance including checkpoints, sign-offs, and documentation standards
   • Drive delivery maturity improvements through Agile practices and KPI monitoring
   • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements

2. Program/Project Delivery

   • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams
   • Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
   • Run Agile ceremonies and ensure closure of action items
   • Maintain RAID log and ensure timely escalation and resolution

3. Requirements & Development Coordination

   • Manage Business Analysts to ensure structured epics and user stories
   • Validate requirements through workshops and walkthroughs
   • Coordinate development teams to ensure coding standards and sprint commitments
   • Facilitate design reviews, architecture discussions, and integration planning

4. QA, Release & CI/CD Management

   • Lead QA teams for test planning, regression, and UAT readiness
   • Conduct defect triage and root cause analysis
   • Coordinate release planning, deployment approvals, and rollback strategies
   • Ensure CI/CD readiness with DevOps teams

5. Cloud, Infrastructure & Databases

   • Manage environments across Dev, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production
   • Ensure hosting readiness on AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar platforms
   • Coordinate database performance and reliability

6. Production Support & Continuous Improvement

   • Lead go-live and post-release stabilization
   • Manage incident response and communication
   • Drive continuous improvement through RCA and CAPA initiatives

7. Client Engagement

   • Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders
   • Conduct program reviews and governance meetings
   • Manage expectations, issues, and escalations
   • Identify opportunities for value creation and optimization

8. People Leadership

   • Support hiring and onboarding of technical teams
   • Mentor team members and drive performance improvement
   • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and documentation

Candidate Profile

2-5 years experience in software delivery/program coordination
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to release management and production support
Basic understanding of cloud and database environments
