Join Oracle, a pioneer in cloud solutions and AI innovation, as a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager in Seattle, WA. You will be instrumental in managing the development and implementation of our cutting-edge cloud products, ensuring they align seamlessly with customer needs and driving efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of key company products, leading departmental or cross-functional teams.
- Develop and direct project schedules, meticulously monitoring budget and spending.
- Oversee projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Assign and monitor the work of systems analysis and program staff, providing crucial technical support and direction.
- Deconstruct large, complex projects into manageable, actionable components.
- Identify process gaps and develop scalable mechanisms for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and drive product delivery efficiently and on time.
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, managing work-back schedules, generating communications, and planning meetings.
- Assist and communicate with executives on critical decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Enhance current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Drive program schedules from design to launch, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Gain a deep technical understanding of OCI servers and guide the technical direction of the team, collaborating with cross-functional, cross-service teams.
- Thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment, adeptly navigating ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make informed tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Lead interactions with diverse cross-functional teams including UX designers, Engineers, Product Managers, and executive leadership.
