Product Owner

We are seeking a proactive Product Owner to guide the development and enhancement of Navigatto, our .NET-based SaaS product hosted on Azure. This role will facilitate the integration of business, technology, and customer needs by overseeing product features, researching market opportunities, and assisting with client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with the development team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities and industry trends.
• Work closely with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a smooth setup, training, and adoption process.
• Continuously track product performance, collect feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical/Project manager, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Technical familiarity with .NET technologies and Azure cloud (Microsoft stack)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in client onboarding, training, or customer success is a plus.
• Background in AI/ML, data-driven products, or digital platforms.
• Knowledge of API integrations, enterprise SaaS workflows, and B2B product lifecycles.
