Product Analyst

Join Landis+Gyr, a global leader in energy management solutions headquartered in Switzerland and operating in over 30 countries. As a Product Analyst in Alpharetta, GA, you will play a crucial role in managing the product lifecycle and supporting Product Managers in defining product strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), coordinating sustainment activities, and contributing to the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. You will interpret customer needs, translate them into clear product requirements, and support R&D feasibility reviews. Collaboration with Technical Training for product documentation and training, maintaining product catalog information, and partnering with the Project Management Organization (PMO) to manage cost and timeline expectations will be key. You will also represent Product Management on manufacturing initiatives, conduct market research to address business needs, and develop customer communications such as information letters and release notes. Ensuring organizational education on product features, contributing to business reviews, supporting quality processes, and assisting with industry events and customer meetings are also part of this role. You will own the sustainment of existing product offerings and uphold the company’s core values and code of conduct, representing Landis+Gyr professionally in all interactions.
