Experience Level: Mid Level
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Associate's degree/diploma in a technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience with bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience with 2-year degree
- At least 1 years' experience in Process Control Automation design, configuration, testing and startup using DeltaV
- Must convey a professional image with and build relationships with customers
- Must be comfortable in plant sites, and possess the ability to navigate staircases, ladders, scaffolding, and catwalks
- Must be willing to travel to end user locations and up to 30% of the year
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

This role is crucial for project success, involving the design, configuration, and rigorous testing of control strategies. You will collaborate closely with a diverse group of professionals to tackle complex challenges within the oil and gas, refining, and petrochemical sectors. Key responsibilities include working within project teams on continuous and batch control strategies, planning and reviewing team member's work, and developing functional requirements in partnership with customer engineers. You'll also participate in system startups at client facilities, manage project scope and financials, identify change orders, and proactively build strong customer relationships by anticipating needs and ensuring high satisfaction. As a mentor, you will guide less experienced engineers.
