The Practice Growth Specialist will work closely with multiple oncology practices to integrate referral development with initiatives aimed at enhancing practice visibility and patient acquisition. Responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships with referring physicians and their staff via in-person and virtual engagement, serving as a strategic liaison, conducting provider visits, attending community events, gathering market intelligence, and adapting engagement strategies to practice and market needs. The role also involves supporting practice growth initiatives, utilizing CRM and analytics platforms like Salesforce for tracking referral trends, collaborating on strategic planning, presenting reports, conducting competitor analysis, and partnering with marketing teams.
