Full Job Description

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a skilled Personal Lines High Net Worth Client Advisor in the Grand Rapids Metro area. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and strategic advisory to affluent clients, specializing in their unique insurance needs and optimizing performance. You will manage complex personal insurance accounts, cultivate strong client relationships through consultative selling, and act as a subject matter expert by providing insights into industry trends and solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a lead generation plan (cold calls, referrals, industry events, LinkedIn), engaging in discovery to understand client needs, creating professional presentations by collaborating with cross-disciplinary experts, and assisting in proposal development with guidance and market intelligence. You will be the primary point of contact for an assigned book of HNW Personal Insurance clients, maintaining high standards of proactive, concierge-level service. This involves coordinating client onboarding, conducting risk assessments, collecting data, arranging property inspections, and developing coverage strategies. You will also prepare, re-market, and negotiate renewals and new business with HNW carriers, analyzing complex exposures such as multi-state homes, high-value autos, valuable articles, domestic employees, trusts, LLCs, and family office structures. Accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and activity tracking using agency sales technology are essential.

This is a Full-time, Onsite position requiring 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably with HNW client exposure, and a strong understanding of high-value home, auto, umbrella, and valuables insurance. A current Property & Casualty Insurance License is mandatory, along with the willingness to pursue professional designations. Strong sales and relationship-building abilities, professionalism in virtual or in-person settings, comfort with electronic environments, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication, people skills, teamwork, and organizational skills are also required. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is necessary.
